October’s educational program is designed for you whether you are a racer or a cruiser!
Wondering which new sail to add to your inventory? Let an expert guide you! Kelly Sears of Ullman Sails NW will discuss pros and cons of gennakers, spinnakers, code zeros, etc. to help you chose the sail that best matches your sailing style whether it be cruising or racing. New materials and how to extend the life of your sails will also be addressed.
John Sanford, head of AYC’s racing program, will then explain racecourse selection and management. Racing rules and the responsibilities and benefits of being aboard the Race Committee Boat will also be highlighted.
This seminar is open to your friends and crew as your guests.
